Recovery of the pecuniary and non-pecuniary damage caused by criminal act
On 1-2 December 2014, the Judicial Academy of the Slovak Republic organised with the cooperation of other V4 judicial academies the fourth seminar in the project in the premises of our academy in Omšenie. This topic was predominantly targeted to judges and prosecutors in Visegrad countries who come into contact with victims of criminal offences.
Seminar was held in Slovak and English language with simultaneous interpretation into these languages.
Composition of the audience included 34 participants within the target groups of judges, prosecutors and judicial officers. The composition in the seminar included 18 judges, 5 prosecutors and 1 assistant of the judge of the Supreme Court from Slovakua, 3 Czech judges, 1 Polish prosecutor and 4 Hungarian judges and 2 future judges from the latter country.
Bargel Martin: Satisfaction and its Importance for the Victim in Criminal Proceedings
V dňoch 1.-2. Decembra 2014 pokračovala Justičná akadémia Slovenskej republiky v spolupráci s akadémiami V4 v implementácii projektu organizovaním štvrtého seminára v priestoroch nášho detašovaného pracoviska v Omšení. Téma seminára bola určená sudcom a prokurátorom, ktorí prichádzajú do kontaktu s obeťami trestných činov.
Seminár bol vedený v slovenskom a anglickom jazyku so simultánnym tlmočením do týchto jazykov.
Na seminári sa zúčastnilo 34 účastníkov z cieľových skupín sudcov, prokurátorov a súdnych úradníkov. Zo Slovenska bolo prítomných 18 sudcov, 5 prokurátorov, 1 asistent sudcu Najvyššieho súdu, 3 českí sudcovia, 1 poľský prokurátor, 4 maďarskí sudcovia a 2 budúci sudcovia z tejto krajiny.
